About the role
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to support the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program for the Missile Defense Agency. The role is based in Huntsville, AL and involves developing reliability and maintainability products that directly influence system design and development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver reliability and maintainability analyses and products for the GWS capability.
- Act as an individual contributor on the Specialty Engineering RAM team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate reliability considerations into system design.
- Support the Missile Defense Agency requirements and ensure compliance with program objectives.
- Travel up to 10 % of the time to support project activities.
Required profile
- Possession of a Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑expectation engineering environments.
- Ability to work effectively with teams of varying experience levels.
