Release Train Engineer – CDAO (TS/SCI required)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Release Train Engineer to support the Joint Staff and the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). The position operates exclusively within Palantir Foundry, managing sprint cycles, epics and program increments for federal AI and data initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Agile metrics into status reports for Contracting Officer’s Representatives while adhering to federal SOW and security requirements.
• Align multiple technical tracks (data ingestion, pipelines, front‑end) to CDAO mission objectives and drive Digital Use Case development.
• Coach developers and data scientists, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and remove execution blockers.
• Manage Epics and Program Increments as custom object types in Foundry’s ontology and orchestrate PI planning using Palantir Workshop dashboards.
• Organize data‑centric sprints using Foundry Tasks and build analytical workflows in Palantir Contour or Quiver for real‑time reporting.

Required profile

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance at time of hire.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading Agile teams and coordinating cross‑functional delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven experience in federal or DoD contracting environments with knowledge of FedRAMP and ATO processes.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve execution blockers in complex data pipelines.
