Relationship Manager – Work Café

About the role

The Sr. Specialist, Work Café Relationship Management is the primary resource for sales opportunities, new product account openings and referrals. This role focuses on identifying short‑ and long‑term financial needs of both consumer and business customers through a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify financial needs, educate customers, and turn routine transactions into sales opportunities.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships through outbound sales activities and cross‑selling of products and services.
• Promote Work Café services such as co‑working spaces, meeting facilities and community events.
• Encourage digital adoption by explaining benefits of alternative channels.
• Process account openings, loan applications, servicing requests and routine banking transactions while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of successful outbound calling and prospecting.
• 2+ years in financial services sales; business banking relationship experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
