Relationship Manager – Work Café (Coconut Grove, Miami)

About the role

The Sr. Specialist, Work Café Relationship Management is the primary point of contact for sales opportunities, new product account openings, and referrals within Santander's Work Café in Coconut Grove, Miami. You will use a consultative approach to identify both short‑term and long‑term financial needs of consumer and business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main resource for sales opportunities, new account openings and referrals.
• Identify and educate customers on their current and future financial needs, turning routine requests into sales opportunities.
• Develop and deepen relationships through outbound sales activities and community B2B engagement.
• Promote and cross‑sell Santander products and services, leveraging customer profiling and sales skills.
• Leverage Work Café services such as co‑working spaces, meeting facilities and events.
• Encourage digital adoption by explaining benefits of alternative channels.
• Accurately complete account openings, loan applications, servicing requests and routine transactions.
• Follow all compliance and security procedures.

Required profile

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong consultative sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
