Relationship Banker – Lunds Corner

About the role

As a Relationship Banker at Santander’s Lunds Corner branch, you will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers’ financial needs and goals. You will deliver tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while providing exceptional service both in‑person and through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross‑selling banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively prospecting new customers through networking, referrals and community engagement.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience across all touchpoints, including digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk‑management procedures.
• Collaborate with branch teammates and partners to meet overall branch goals and support nearby locations as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience selling products in an incentive‑based environment, or 12+ months in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales with proven results.
• Demonstrated customer‑service experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using digital banking tools and technology to engage customers.
