Relationship Banker

About the role

As a Relationship Banker you will serve as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers' financial needs and goals. You will provide tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross‑selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling and community engagement.
• Ensure an elevated customer experience across in‑person, phone and digital channels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and support nearby locations as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience selling products/services in an incentive‑based environment or 12+ months retail banking sales experience.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on customer experience and loyalty.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital banking tools and Microsoft Office products.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
