About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager for its Medicare‑Certified home health office in Wilmington, DE. The role leads a team of field clinicians and ensures high‑quality, compassionate care for adult and geriatric clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
- Supervise a team of field clinicians and coordinate new‑hire orientation and training.
- Facilitate and deliver in‑service training for field staff.
Required profile
- Licensed Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
- Supervisory experience.
- Home health field experience.
