Regulatory Compliance Manager, GTM Enablement

About the role

As the Regulatory Compliance Manager, Go‑to‑Market Enablement at Range, you will ensure that client‑facing experiences are launched quickly while meeting strict regulatory standards. This cross‑functional position works closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day marketing and advertising compliance under the SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA communications standards.
• Own compliance enablement for product releases, reviewing disclosures, user flows, onboarding, education content, recommendations, prompts, and in‑app messaging.
• Provide timely compliance reviews for video and long‑form content such as webinars and market insights.
• Maintain books‑and‑records practices for advertising and client communications, managing workflows and documentation.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert, creating guidance, templates, and training for partner teams.
• Promote exam and audit readiness through clean documentation and efficient response processes.

Required profile

• Experience in regulatory compliance within investment advisory, fintech, or financial services, focusing on marketing, advertising, or product compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA communications standards.
• Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally in fast‑moving environments.
• Solutions‑oriented mindset balancing regulatory rigor with business velocity.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for documentation.
• Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required.
