Regulatory Analyst (Remote)

About the role

The University of Miami/UHealth Department of SCCC is seeking a full‑time Regulatory Analyst to support research compliance and regulatory submissions. This remote‑friendly position involves on‑site audits, data review, and coordination with Institutional Review Boards (IRB) to ensure adherence to federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site audits and review consolidated records to identify potential compliance issues.
• Design, review, and test treatment matrices for cancer identification from claims data.
• Prepare and coordinate regulatory document submissions to the IRB from study start‑up to closure.
• Draft, prepare, and present compliance programs to investigators and research staff.
• Maintain accurate databases, generate correspondence, and manage filing of federally mandated submissions.
• Develop templates, create files, and mail notices in line with university policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant regulatory or compliance experience.
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
