Registration/Disclosure Desk Supervisor

About the role

The Registration/Disclosure Desk Supervisor oversees the registration, lock, disclosure and re‑disclosure processes for mortgage loans. This role coordinates the desk processing staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and manages workflow pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Northwest policies, federal/state regulations, GSEs, FHA/VA/USDA, third‑party investors and vendors.
• Assign responsibilities to disclosure staff, monitor Encompass pipelines, and oversee loan set‑up, disclosure preparation and delivery.
• Manage rate‑lock requests via Optimal Blue or pricing automation tools and monitor flood‑zone determination and change‑of‑circumstance requests.
• Prepare management statistics/reports and coordinate workflows across Encompass, Optimal Blue, Lender X and related software.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in the mortgage industry or real‑estate field.
• 3‑5 years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system.
• Experience using Optimal Blue pricing automation.
• Familiarity with Lender X and related mortgage software platforms.
