Registered Nurse – Women’s Health (Night Shift)

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus seeks a Registered Nurse for the Women’s Health Unit, providing care to a diverse patient population including high‑risk mothers, breast cancer patients, and transgender individuals. This night‑shift position works on a 7:00 pm – 7:30 am schedule with rotating weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, updating plans of care as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing protocols.
• Educate patients and families, considering cultural and special concerns.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
• One year of acute‑care RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (if in critical care area).
• Proficiency in patient assessment and documentation.
