Registered Nurse – Specialty Care Outpatient

About the role

Deliver knowledge‑based nursing care to assigned outpatient clients, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care across age‑specific needs. The role focuses on patient education, self‑management support and ensuring satisfaction throughout the care continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and procedures in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate and manage patient care, emphasizing education and self‑management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to influence care outcomes.
• Document assessments, care plans, and interventions in the electronic health record.

Required profile

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Graduate of an ACEN‑ or CCNE‑accredited nursing program (or equivalent foreign qualification with recognized equivalency).
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional RN in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state nursing license; temporary GNT appointment possible while pursuing licensure.
