About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Charlotte Metro area to provide adult and pediatric skilled nursing care in clients' homes. You will travel to client homes, follow doctors' orders, and document care with autonomy.

Key responsibilities

Travel to assigned client homes on a self‑chosen schedule.
Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
Provide one‑on‑one care to both adult and pediatric clients.

Required profile

Current valid U.S. nursing license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

Proficiency with electronic charting using Statewise.
