Registered Nurse RN (No direct care, assessments only)

About the role

CareScout is looking for licensed Registered Nurses who want flexible, hands‑off work performing cognitive and functional assessments for older adults in their homes. As a Field Team Partner you choose when and where to work, completing each assessment in 60‑90 minutes and getting paid a fixed rate per case.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60‑90 minute cognitive and functional assessments for long‑term care insurance policyholders in their homes.
• Collect and document current and past medical history.
• Administer short cognitive exams and guide demonstration activities.
• Enter assessment data into CareScout’s online portal using a laptop or tablet.
• Review payment status for completed work.

Required profile

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Comfortable traveling within 15 miles (or further) of home.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
• Willingness to perform assessments without providing direct patient care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital devices (laptop or tablet) and basic online forms.
