Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Clinical Director

About the role

AdvisaCare is looking for a hospice leader to join its Hospice Division as RN Hospice Clinical Director. The role provides clinical, operational and strategic leadership, supports several offices and interdisciplinary teams, and drives growth while keeping the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
• Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and compassion
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
• Develop and mentor leadership staff
• Partner with executive leadership to advance the organization's mission and vision

Required profile

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
• Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
• Seasoned hospice leader comfortable with complexity and change
