Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

Maple Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full‑time night‑shift team. You will provide direct, individualized nursing care to residents in our memory‑care and short‑term rehab units, ensuring high‑quality, personalized support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions for each resident.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments according to physician orders.
• Document care accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, respond to changes in condition, and communicate updates to families.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Experience in long‑term care, memory care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong commitment to resident‑centered care and teamwork.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours on a full‑time schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Medication administration and IV therapy techniques.
• Accurate patient assessment and documentation.
