Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

About the role

Accolade Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its multidisciplinary team. The RN will deliver high‑quality patient care, support families, and collaborate with physicians to promote health and recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, establish rapport, and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers on conditions, medications, and self‑care techniques.
• Monitor health outcomes, adjust care plans, and ensure adherence to therapeutic standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection‑control policies and medication protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
