About the role

Join BAYADA as a Full‑Time RN Clinical Field Educator to lead training and development of newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small personal caseload. This role blends mentorship with direct patient care in the home health setting.

Key responsibilities

• Precept and mentor new RNs/LPNs during home visits, providing one‑on‑one clinical training and ongoing support for up to their first year.
• Coordinate onboarding calendars, manage multiple new hires across disciplines, and assist the Director of Clinical Education with education classes.
• Deliver direct patient care for at least 50% of time, including case management, medication administration, wound care, assessments, and documentation using a tablet‑based point‑of‑care system.
• Collaborate with office and Clinical Education teams to ensure consistent training and improve clinician retention.

Required profile

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Prior Medicare‑Certified Home Health experience (required); HCHB experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for education and mentorship.

Required skills

• Tablet‑based point‑of‑care documentation.
• Case management and admission of new clients.
• Medication administration, wound care, and other clinical procedures.
