About the role

Join BAYADA’s Pediatric Transition Team as a Registered Nurse providing complex, high‑quality care to infant and pediatric clients in their homes across Burlington County, NJ. The role involves flexible travel to meet staffing and patient‑care needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver home‑based nursing care for infants and children with tracheostomy and ventilator requirements.
• Support clients during their transition to home‑based care, ensuring safety and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with the care team to educate and train staff on pediatric care protocols.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in NICU, PICU, or home‑care trach/vent settings.
• Pass a high‑tech pediatric simulation assessment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Commit to a consistent schedule (minimum one shift per week).
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County.
