Registered Nurse – Outpatient Urology (Day Shift)

About the role
Join UT Health Tyler as a full‑time, day‑shift Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Urology department. You will provide direct patient care, applying the nursing process to a dedicated group of patients in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to urology patients throughout their outpatient visit.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
- Current Texas RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
