Registered Nurse – Outpatient OBGYN (Full‑time)

About the role

Join the Ambulatory Nursing team at Atrium Health’s Outpatient OBGYN clinic in Monroe, NC. As a Registered Nurse you will deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care to women across their lifespan, supporting prenatal visits, well‑woman exams, and treatment of gynecologic conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and document patient conditions using established nursing processes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, midwives, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Provide patient education on prenatal health, post‑procedure care, and preventive wellness.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a safe patient environment.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Minimum two years of RN experience; prior OBGYN experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
