About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the H70 Orthopedic Unit, a 34‑bed medical‑surgical unit caring for adult post‑operative orthopaedic patients and overflow cases. The RN will work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays, providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, document, and communicate patients’ conditions; assess and coordinate discharge needs.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post‑discharge care.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute‑care RN experience (military RN experience considered).

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
RN licensure and ability to administer medications.
