BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one‑on‑one adult and geriatric home care. You will join a supportive team, receive paid orientation, and enjoy flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and deliver hands‑on care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of Delaware.

Required skills

• Ability to perform nursing assessments and interventions in a home setting.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and following doctors’ orders.
