Registered Nurse – In‑Center Dialysis

About the role
Join DaVita as an In‑Center Dialysis Registered Nurse in Tyler, Texas. You will deliver compassionate, professional nursing care to patients receiving outpatient dialysis, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer dialysis treatments and continuously monitor patient status.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations promptly.
- Educate patients about their therapy and build meaningful relationships.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes.
Required profile
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
- At least 2 years of experience caring for acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
- Strong assessment, time‑management, and communication abilities.
Required skills

- CNN certification (preferred)
