Registered Nurse – ICU/Trauma Progressive Care (F4)

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its ICU/Trauma Progressive Care unit (F4). This full‑time position provides direct patient care in a high‑acuity environment, supporting both critical and trauma patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU and trauma progressive care unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage life‑support equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in the United States.
• Experience in critical care, ICU, or trauma nursing preferred.
