Registered Nurse – Hospice

About the role
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide hospice care in patients' homes. You will coordinate care, assess needs, and ensure the interdisciplinary plan is followed while complying with all regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and continuously assess each patient’s and family’s needs.
- Implement and monitor the interdisciplinary care plan.
- Deliver services according to physician orders and the established plan of care.
- Ensure all care delivery complies with federal and state regulations.
Required profile
- Graduate of an approved clinical education program.
- Current state license for nursing practice.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
- Basic technology proficiency, including use of a mobile device.
- Valid state driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to drive safely in all weather conditions.
- Current CPR certification for healthcare providers.
- Medicare home health or hospice experience preferred.
