Registered Nurse – Home Health (Weekend)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a weekend Registered Nurse to provide home health visits in the North Boston Territory. The role offers part‑time or full‑time options with flexible weekend schedules and a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits to clients in the assigned geographic area.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document doctors' orders.
• Conduct client assessments, case management, and coordination of care.
• Accurately record observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet‑based EMR system.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills for documentation on a tablet device.
