Key responsibilities

• Conduct skilled home health nursing visits and complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and carry out physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and provide education to patients and caregivers.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately while traveling throughout the local territory.

Required profile

• A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
