Registered Nurse – Home Health (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities across Forsyth and Guilford counties, NC. The role offers flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits in assigned territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes, and document observations using a tablet EMR system.
• Execute doctors' orders, conduct client assessments, and manage case coordination.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to client locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
