Registered Nurse – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide in‑home care for adult and geriatric clients across Atlantic County. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and involves traveling to patients’ homes to deliver clinical services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits following a designated care plan, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, document observations, and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, manage case coordination, and maintain accurate records using a tablet‑based EMR system.

Required profile

• Current NJ Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer skills, including use of tablet devices for documentation.
