About the role
Be the nurse you always wanted to be at BAYADA Home Health! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Ocean County Visits team in Toms River, NJ.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor clients' conditions
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs
Required profile
- A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
