About the role
Join BAYADA as a Registered Nurse providing compassionate home care across the Piedmont Triad area. Enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and supportive mentorship while delivering 1:1 care to clients of all ages.
Key responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes.
- Maintain accurate electronic charting using Statewise.
- Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship team.
Required profile
- Active RN license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Required skills
- Ability to deliver nursing care across a range of acuity levels.
- Proficiency with electronic charting systems.
What we offer
- $30–34 per hour (including weekend and overnight differentials).
- Commitment bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with flexible shift lengths.
