Registered Nurse – Home Care Shifts in Lumberton

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide one‑on‑one home care for pediatric and adult clients in the Lumberton and Fayetteville areas. You will deliver high‑quality, personalized nursing care in clients' homes on a schedule that fits your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and provide private duty nursing according to a self‑selected schedule.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations and interventions.
• Provide hands‑on care, build relationships, and support clients in achieving milestones.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current NC RN license in good standing.
• At least one year of RN experience.

Required skills

• Ability to perform nursing assessments and document care accurately.
• Competence in following and executing physicians’ orders.
