Registered Nurse – Home Care (Night Shift)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking full‑time night shift Registered Nurses for private‑duty home care in Columbia, Missouri. You will provide one‑on‑one care to clients in their homes, enjoying short commutes and stable, supportive employment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑shift private duty nursing (8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts) to a single client.
• Provide preventive and skilled care for diagnoses such as TBI, cerebral palsy, premature birth complications, spinal muscle atrophy, and epilepsy.
• Maintain compliance with state and local home‑health regulations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current, unrestricted nursing license in the state of Missouri.

Required skills

• Experience with private‑duty home health nursing.
• Clinical knowledge of neurological and developmental conditions (e.g., TBI, CP, epilepsy).
