Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis (Float)

About the role

DaVita is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its outpatient dialysis team in the Tyler, Texas area. This float position supports multiple clinics, providing life‑saving care to patients with end‑stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients during treatment, adjust plans, and respond to health changes.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians and other clinical staff.
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed, following a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating assignments.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Dialysis experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• CNN/CDN certification (optional).
