Registered Nurse Healthcare Advocate (Remote 1099)

About the role

Solace is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Healthcare Advocate, guiding patients through complex health journeys entirely remotely. As a 1099 contractor, you will set your own schedule and work from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply Solace’s proprietary tools and technology to support patient interactions.
• Build trusting, empathetic relationships with patients via video or phone calls.
• Identify and prioritize patient needs, creating comprehensive care plans that address clinical issues and social determinants of health such as food, transportation, and home support.
• Develop and follow through on action‑oriented plans to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across the United States.
• Strong empathy and a drive to advocate for patients who cannot advocate for themselves.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, work under pressure, and act decisively.
• Quick learner of new systems and technologies.
• Based in the United States.
