Registered Nurse – Community Living Center

About the role

The Veterans Health Administration seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a Community Living Center. This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program, offering loan repayment assistance for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in the Community Living Center.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted state nursing license (or eligibility for temporary Graduate Nurse Technician appointment).
• For foreign‑educated nurses, a validated degree equivalency recognized by the VA.
• Ability to meet VHA eligibility criteria for the Education Debt Reduction Program.
