Registered Nurse 2 – Department of Behavioral Health

About the role

The State of Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Registered Nurse 2 to provide high‑quality nursing care to clients across the state. Key responsibilities

• Assess client health problems and needs under general supervision.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

Required profile

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse or a multistate license.
• One year of experience at the lower level Registered Nurse 1 (RN1) or an equivalent position (optional but preferred).
