Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Flexible Part‑Time

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Work in‑home, community settings, or at the Wall Center, with flexible part‑time schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures according to each client’s treatment plan.
• Collect and document behavior data, review progress with supervisors, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Build supportive therapeutic relationships with clients and families while respecting their values and beliefs.
• Provide transportation and assistance for client activities when required.

Required profile

• Valid RBT certification (or willingness to complete BAYADA’s training academy).
• CPR/FA certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
