Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑to‑one with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clinic, home, or school settings under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans and interventions for clients.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow treatment protocols and educate others about ABA methods.
• Transport between service locations and lift up to 50 lb as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple service sites.
• Current RBT certification.
