Full-Time Behavior Technician (BHT) – ABA Services

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Behavior Technician (BHT) to work directly with children and adolescents in clinic, home, and school settings. Under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs that promote communication, social, and independent living skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one ABA interventions according to individualized treatment plans.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support.
• Transport between service locations and manage client program materials.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: at least six months of experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication abilities and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations.

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation.
