Regional Sales Representative – Electrical Markets (North Texas)

About the role

Join 3M's Electrical Markets Division as a Regional Sales Representative covering North Texas. You will drive growth for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business, working with innovative 3M teams worldwide while serving end‑users and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives to grow C&I revenue in the assigned territory.
• Implement sales plans, promotions, and directives set by division management.
• Develop and execute a territory‑specific sales plan.
• Support end‑users and distribution channels as needed.
• Collaborate with other C&I reps and partner 3M divisions.
• Utilize a company vehicle and maintain a clean motor‑vehicle record.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Five or more years of direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience in private, public, government, or military settings.
• Experience selling in the Electrical Construction and Industrial markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to qualify and prioritize sales opportunities.
• Experience working in a matrix or large complex organization.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
