Regional Sales Manager – Title & Escrow (Colorado Remote)

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager, Title and Escrow will lead growth strategy and sales execution for Anywhere Integrated Services across Colorado and Utah. Reporting to the Regional President, you will build high‑performing teams, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue and market‑share expansion while working remotely from Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional growth plan that increases revenue, market share and sales productivity.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain top title and escrow sales talent, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Lead a results‑oriented sales organization focused on quota attainment, using data, pipeline management and forecasting to guide decisions.
• Build strong relationships with brand leaders, operational partners and franchise organizations to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
• Champion a growth mindset by encouraging innovation, continuous improvement and high performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of title and escrow sales leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of consultative title and escrow sales experience.
• Proven track record of accelerating revenue growth and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management and budget oversight.
• Based in Colorado and willing to travel throughout Colorado and Utah.
