Regional Sales Manager - Sustainability Solutions (CO/AZ/MN)

About the role

Stryker's Sustainability Solutions division is looking for a Regional Sales Manager covering Colorado, Arizona and Minnesota. The role designs, develops and executes sales programs that support the organization's business objectives, plans and coordinates regional sales efforts and leads teams through influence rather than direct reporting lines. It is a field-based management position.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement sales strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives
• Plan, direct and coordinate regional sales activities to achieve performance and revenue targets
• Manage assigned teams: define roles and responsibilities, handle workforce planning and departmental operations, coach and counsel employees on performance, contribute to compensation decisions and lead team development
• Apply broad business and functional knowledge to issues with impact beyond the immediate area of responsibility

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 8 years of progressive professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, team management and strategic execution
• Comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles of the discipline, plus broader business knowledge to resolve complex issues across functions

What we offer

• Base salary of $130,000, with possible eligibility for commission and/or bonuses
