Regional Sales Manager (Southeast)

About the role

AE Perkins is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (Southeast) based in Florida, reporting to the Vice President of Sales. The manager drives sales revenue and expands Ameriflex's market share by selling Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), ICHRA, COBRA and compliance solutions to employee benefits brokers and prospective clients. Candidates must reside in Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, set annual sales targets and activity goals, and deliver customized presentations to brokers and clients
• Plan and run client seminars, online and in-person meetings, and proactively identify new business opportunities
• Track sales performance against revenue and product targets, join weekly sales meetings, and document activities in Salesforce
• Manage existing broker relationships, act as their main point of contact, and attend regional conferences and industry events
• Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to sales leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred but not required
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits, insurance, payroll or a related industry
• Proven track record of managing a sales territory and achieving sales goals
• Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight trips to national conferences

What we offer

• Base salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus monthly commission and annual bonus potential
• Uncapped commission paid on actual revenue invoiced, at 10-21% depending on the monthly revenue goal
