Regional Sales Manager

About the role

This field‑based position is with a long‑standing, family‑owned company serving the municipal infrastructure market. You will grow and manage a territory by developing new business and nurturing existing accounts with municipalities, utilities, public works departments, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
• Manage and grow a designated sales territory.
• Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and product demonstrations.
• Build long‑term relationships with municipal and contractor customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial equipment, construction, utilities, infrastructure, environmental services, or technical B2B sales.
• Ability to work autonomously with high ownership of the territory.
