Regional Retirement Consultant

About the role

Invesco is looking for a Regional Retirement Consultant to join its Defined Contribution (DCIO) team in Georgia. The role will partner with senior retirement consultants and the field sales organization to grow Invesco’s presence in the defined‑contribution market.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with DCIO Senior Retirement Consultants to implement territory business plans and sales strategies.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to retirement plan advisors, consultants, TPAs and other industry professionals.
• Design and launch targeted email campaigns to generate meetings and new sales opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business prospects across the defined‑contribution marketplace.
• Provide consultative support on Invesco’s investment capabilities and retirement solutions to 401(k) advisors.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business‑development experience, preferably within asset management, defined‑contribution distribution, corporate 401(k) sales, record‑keeping or TPA environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with retirement plan advisors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consultative‑selling skills.
