Telematics Sales Executive

About the role

The Telematics Sales Executive will sell telematics and Usage‑Based Insurance (UBI) solutions to auto insurance carriers, driving revenue growth within established enterprise accounts. You will partner with product, marketing and leadership teams to shape sales strategies and deliver value‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage territory plans, assess revenue potential and pursue new opportunities.
• Negotiate contract renewals, restructure deals and sell new transformative solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Conduct consultative business development, listening to customer motivations and pain points.
• Lead scoping, proposition discovery and solutioning sessions with prospects.
• Develop deep knowledge of the platform and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with product, leadership, account managers and technical teams to execute aligned sales strategies.
• Generate new prospect leads and guide them through the sales cycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience selling telematics or UBI solutions in an enterprise/B2B environment.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Consultative sales approach with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel 25‑30% as needed.
