Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Wisconsin. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market, and operational reports to ensure performance goals are met.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational, financial, and business results.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to enhance asset and team performance.
• Lead the adoption of local and national operational initiatives and revised protocols.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial targets, and prepare regular performance reports for ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to create effective marketing strategies and maintain optimal occupancy rates.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure properties are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations.
