Regional Property Manager – San Francisco Bay Area

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on driving performance, profitability, and tenant satisfaction across multiple communities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio and individual communities meet operational, financial, and business performance goals through inspections, report reviews, and action plans.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
• Implement local and national operational initiatives, championing change and protocol adoption.
• Oversee and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
• Prepare and present regular performance, financial, and market trend reports to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to develop marketing strategies and achieve optimal occupancy rates.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure properties are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations.
